Wonderful newly furnished full townhouse located in the heart of Federal Hill, Baltimore's most sought after hip neighborhood. Everything you could want in a vacation rental is right here! Comfy beds, stellar location, open floor plan and all the amenities you need to make you feel right at home. The house sits right on the tippy top of Federal Hill so the 2 story rooftop deck provides the best 360 views in town showcasing beautiful sunsets, the city skyline, and M&T Bank Stadium. Kick back and enjoy the 49" 4k Smart TV which includes a soundbar, Netflix, HBO, and basic cable TV channels.
Our historic townhouse was built in 1850 and has been recently renovated. It sits on a well lit, tree lined street in one of the most desirable streets of Federal Hill (location is everything in Baltimore). There are dozens of popular bars and restaurants for night life. This is one of the safest neighborhoods in Baltimore and the surrounding neighbors are extremely friendly, most of whom are families. Enjoy free parking in our private driveway with additional street parking available for free.

BR2 = 1 Bunk bed (twin over double) + 1 futon couch
BR3 = private loft with 1 queen sized bed
Additional = queen sized blow up mattress in the front bedroom closet, pack and play in the front bedroom closet, double futon mattress in the basement
*Note- each of the 2 bathrooms are private so you do not have to enter through someone's bedroom to access a bathroom

We like to give our guests space so you might not see us during your stay. Check-in is via a door keypad, so no need to worry about coordinating your schedule for a key exchange. I live in California but my co-owner/host lives just a couple blocks away. I am always available to answer questions and am highly responsive via text/call and Airbnb message
Federal Hill is considered one of the most convenient and walkable neighborhoods in all Baltimore, with this well-lit, tree lined street one of its most desirable. Stroll just 3 blocks to come to a choice of dozens of popular bars and restaurants.

No parties and no smoking! The maximum amount of people allowed on the property at any given time is 10. I reserve the right to ask for a valid form of identification at the time of check-in. Failure to provide may result in cancellation of the booking at the expense of the guest. I also require that guests be respectful of the neighbors, there are awesome people living in the surrounding townhouses including a family with a newborn baby next door...please be mindful of this fact at all times. Quiet hours start at 10:00 PM.
