Let yourself be overwhelmed by the view of the famous Faraglioni, the numerous caves and its striking colour effects, the blue of the sea and the majestic cliffs of Capri. Jump in the crystal water of the island and enjoy limoncello. The tour starts from the meeting point at the port of Marina Piccola in Sorrento. Along the way you will visit the ancient ruins of "Queen giovanna's bath", we will sail along the Massalubrense coast and then in Capri we will enter in the Marvellous Grotto, the White Grotto and the Green Grotto and Blu Grotto (tickets to enter not included in the price and the entrance is due to the sea conditions or other events ). You will admire the Natural Arch, the Villa of Curzio Malaparte, the lighthouse of Punta Carena and the Faraglioni, passing through the famous Arch of Love. You have free time to visit Capri town, about 4 hours(there is an extra cost of 10€pp to land in capri and in Sorrento).The captain will assist you during the discovery of the island, providing you all the information you need to know more about the beauties of Capri. There will be stops to swim and snorkel and to enjoy a drink on board. At the end of the tour you will return to the starting point.

Crossing the Sorrento gulf you ll see the ''Regina Giovanna'', an ancient roman s house built on the rock, the ''Saraceno''tower, the little village of Sammontano, the Lobra s marine untill the ''Campanella'' cape, the last piece of Sorrento coast... at this point we ll be arrived on the other side, the Amalfi coast.... sailing with the sun on front we ll reach the '' Li Galli '' islands, a magical hotspot in the middle of the sea,the perfect place for a fresh swim. After this stop, i ll take you to the city of Amalfi, you ll have one hour and half to visit this ancient ''Maritime Republic'' and its baroque cathedral. On the way back we ll coast until Positano city, you ll admire breathtaking landscapes, the ''Furore'' fjord, Praiano. You ll have an other one hour and half of free time to walk among the narrow streets of Positano and the beach of ''Fornillo''. We ll cross Nerano untill the ''Mortelle'' beach to snorkeling in cristalline water... coming back to Sorrento with a red sunset you ll fall in love of my coast... jump on board !!! Continue your unique culinary experience by sampling more traditional delights including fresh lemonade, fragrant olive oils, citrus marmalades, Cheese and Wine, Limoncello and a traditional homemade Italian meal accompanied by wine and prepared by the simple use of farm's 0 Km products. We will explore my vineyard, passing trough the orchard and the cave where I collect seasonal products (vegetables, cheese and charcuterie). Once in the wine cellar, we will start the tasting of 4 house wines (red and white) and I will explain the production process. Later, on the panoramic terrace just in front of the winery, we will eat some fresh salami and cheese plates that I produce. The spontaneous interaction is at the base of our philosophy so, according to the season, there will be different ingredients! Other things to note Let us know if you need a transfer. If you have any allergy, let us know and we will arrange the tasting in accordance with specific needs.

All cooking classes start with a description of the daily menu and of its ingredients, with specific reference to seasonality and provenance... plus some interesting story or legend connected to thir preparation. In my kitchen all guests will have available all needed ingredients and tools to carry out preparations. I will guide them step by step in such a way that they will learn how to select ingredients and easily reproduce the recipes at home. Our traditional menu includes preparation of: 1. Ravioli caprese 2. Meatballs in tomato sauce OR Fish with citrus fruits At the end of every lesson the guest will enjoy the meal they have prepared in my lovely terrace vith full sea view on the isle of Capri.

We will teach you how to cook typical Neapolitan dishes; starting from the way of making pasta at home; following with two types of sauce for seasoning the pasta and at the end with a second dish of meat or fish. All seasoned by the joy of wine! All together we will eat, if the weather permits, in the eighteenth-century courtyard. Note: the types of teaching dishes may vary depending on the seasons and the availability of fresh products. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed with a fresh orange or lemon juice made with our own fruit. Together Lia you will start to prepare the pizza dough and discover the our old traditional recipe handed down from generation to generation! You will all prepare the pizza dough but only the most ambitious ones will make pizza fly..... Once prepared everyone will bake their own pizza, than we will all together enjoy a delicious "pizza dinner" accompanied with our own wine and appetizers.

We will start the tour with a welcome drink in a panoramic scenery of Vesuvius. we will than walk together in a path through the typical Sorrento's terraces, were we grow seasonal product. We will be immersed in a thousand of colors, you can also test a seasonal fruits took straight from the trees. We will meet the farm animals. We will do three stops, the first in the vineyard, the second in the lemon and orange terrace and the last in the olive oil trees area. In each of this area you will be instructed on the traditional system to make our own wine, limoncello and extravergin oliva oil. Of course a test of each product is a must!! We will than finally reach the main country house, were together Lia and Zia Maria (the best cheese maker ever...) you will learn how to make mozzarella cheese, the typical caciottine, ricotta and the famous Caciocavallo. Also here a test is a must!!! Last but not the least, you will make with your own hands your pizza, you will cook it in a traditional wood oven and we will enjoy all together the lunch with the pizza you made, the farm products, including a wine. You will be part of our family Farm for a few hours farm. The perfect tour for those who don't want to miss the chance to visit the Blue Grotto! Regenerated by the freshness of the waters, ready to disembark on the island with 3 hours of free time to visit the city centre. Back on board, second stop for swimming. Transiteremo davanti all’antica tonnara e percorreremo la costa calcarea di Sorrento verso i Bagni della Regina Giovanna. Visita ai Bagni della Regina Giovanna Visiteremo la piscina naturale dei Bagni della Regina Giovanna, dove potrai fare un bagno, tante foto ed esplorare le rovine di età romana. Ammireremo la villa romana di Pollio Felice dall’esterno, poi lentamente torneremo a Marina Grande per concludere il tour.

Ritornati a bordo si continuerà il tour con la scoperta di tutte le grotte che la nostra isola ci offre come: la grotta verde, grotta bianca, grotta del corallo, l' arco naturale ed I magnifici Faraglioni. We will leave from Marina Grande di Sorrento in our kayaks and reach Punta del Capo, where the Roman villa of Pollio Felice stands, dating back to 41 – 54 AD. It is also known as Bagni della Regina Giovanna, famous for the natural heart-shaped pool with emerald green water, which we will access by kayak passing through the small opening in the cliff. Ruins with opus reticulatum, mosaics, and frescoes blend with wild nature. It is an enchanting place where there will be opportunities to take a swim, freely explore the villa, and take many photographs. We will leisurely return to Marina Grande to finish the kayak excursion.

We will start the tour with a welcome drink in a panoramic scenery of Vesuvius. we will than walk together in a path through the typical Sorrento's terraces, were we grow seasonal product. We will be immersed in a thousand of colors, you can also test a seasonal fruits took straight from the trees. We will meet the farm animals. We will do three stops, the first in the vineyard, the second in the lemon and orange terrace and the last in the olive oil trees area. In each of this area you will be instructed on the traditional system to make our own wine, limoncello and extravergin oliva oil. Of course a test of each product is a must!! We will than finally reach the main country house, were together Lia and Zia Maria (the best cheese maker ever...) you will learn how to make mozzarella cheese, the typical caciottine, ricotta and the famous Caciocavallo. Also here a test is a must!!! Last but not the least, you will make with your own hands your pizza, you will cook it in a traditional wood oven and we will enjoy all together the lunch with the pizza you made, the farm products, including a wine. You will be part of our family Farm for a few hours farm. NOTE: IF THE WEATHER WILL NOT BE GOOD ON THE DAY OF THE EXPERIENCE THE PATH IN THE FARM MIGHT BE CANCELLED, BUT THE REST OF THE EXPERIENCE WILL BE DONE WITH NO PROBLEM AT ALL.

The perfect tour for those who don't want to miss the chance to visit the Blue Grotto! We will be explorers on an unforgettable journey that will take us to discover the coast of Sorrento and the island of Capri. We will visit the ancient fishing village of Marina Grande, an ancient Roman villa dating back to the first century BC. and other nice spots along the coast. Arriving in Capri, first stop at the Blue Grotto! Then, we will circumnavigate the island passing by: the mythical Faraglioni, rocks thrown by the Cyclops Polyphemus in a fit of rage to attract the attention of his father Neptune, God of the seas; the coloured Green Grotto and White Grotto; the Punta Carena Lighthouse, one of the oldest in Italy and from which you can admire the ancient path of the Bourbon forts. Surrounded by the unique colours of Capri, we will dive into the crystal-clear waters of the island, whose seabed still preserves the ancient corsair galleons that, over time, have tried to invade it. Regenerated by the freshness of the waters, ready to disembark on the island with 3 hours of free time to visit the city centre. Back on board, second stop for swimming. Soft drinks, water, beer and seasonal fruit included on board. Return to Sorrento around 3:30 pm.
